EXCHANGE DELIVERIES & RETURNS
1. Delivery Policy
All confirmed orders will be shipped within 48 hours.
After your purchase you will receive a confirmation of it. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with the details of your shipment. Payment is made by bank transfer and your order will be dispatched as soon as the payment is in our account. In this case, in order to be able to reconcile your payment with your purchase, please send us the bank transfer receipt as soon as the payment has been made.
La Femme Decor will send you an email when your order is shipped.

Please note that the transit times shown are estimates and may vary during times of high traffic (festive seasons).

Continental Portugal:
Values over 25.00 euros we do not charge for postage (2 to 3 business days)
Values below 25.00 euros the amount payable for postage will be 5.00 euros (2 to 3 working days)
Azores and Madeira:
Values over 25.00 euros we do not charge for postage (2 to 3 business days)
Values below 25.00 euros the amount payable for postage will be 5.00 euros (2 to 3 working days)
For international shipments:
Values above 150.00 euros, we do not charge transportation (7 to 10 business days)
Values below 150.00 euros, terms that have to see the weight to inform the amount to pay. (7 to 10 working days)
Attention:
These deadlines are indicative. For the Azores and Madeira, the deadlines may be extended depending on transport limitations.
For shipments to destinations in Portugal or internationally, they can be accompanied by the number that will be sent later to the customer.
Attention: Delivery times are indicative and do not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
Our prices do not include any type of tax that may be applied by the customs law of your country of destination.
Due to the current global situation in Covid-19, we are not sending to countries whose signature collection is not taking place.

2. Deliveries
The order is delivered directly to the address indicated to us. If delivery is not possible, it will be
leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
When delivering your order, please check the condition of the order in the presence of the courier, highlighting any signs of non-conformity (missing product, damaged or broken shipping box). If you notice an abnormality, please write it down on the delivery note. Only with this procedure will the carrier be able to assume possible responsibilities.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days (after the estimated normal time) and if in the meantime you are not contacted by the carrier, you can contact us by e-mail lafemmedecor2013@gmail.com

3. Change of delivery address
Once your order is confirmed and updated on our system, we are unable to make any changes. The customer is responsible for correctly indicating the delivery address information.
However, we can try to help resolve any issue related to this matter, making the bridge with the transport company.
Liability in case of loss or damage
Once your order has been shipped, La Femme Decor cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation and other processes until it reaches you. 4. Exchanges & Returns
For any complaint, you can contact La Femme Decor within a maximum period of 14 days. Except for reasons of force majeure that may be considered reasonable and serviceable, no claims will be accepted after this period.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted in case of damage caused after using the part.
All products are examined to ensure that any product will be shipped in excellent condition. However, only if there is a manufacturing defect can you exchange or return the product (within the stipulated period mentioned above).
You must keep the invoice, a copy of which must accompany the return of the product to La Femme Decor.
Before returning an order, it is necessary to contact our e-mail lafemmedecor2013@gmail.com in which all the information related to the order must be indicated: order number, description or reference of the product to be returned, indicating the manufacturing defect accompanied by a photo of the product defect. And what form of reimbursement is required. It is important that the customer waits to receive our reply email with the return information and that he keeps the product in the same condition in which he received it.
